Applicability of CATIA courses for Engineering Students
CATIA - Computer Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Application is developed by Dassault Systems is majorly applied in engineering design process that is used to develop products. Engineering design essentially means a process of developing a component, processor or system to meet certain outlined needs. This is unique a decision oriented process that must be carefully thought-out amalgamating engineering sciences, basic sciences and even mathematics such that resources are optimally converted to meet certain pre-outlined objectives. The establishment of criteria, objectives, analysis, synthesis, construction and evaluation are the most essential elements that play a key role and go a long way in engineering the design. CATIA training is thus a must for engineering students to successfully master and implement the processes involved in engineering design.

CATIA training equips the students to get a complete picture of how to apply the learnt engineering theories and personal experience successfully carryout the product design and development process. The CATIA software was originally actually designed for the French company’s (DassaultSystemes’) Mirage fighter jet project. After the project was successfully implemented the software became a success and went viral and was adopted by most popular international companies such as IBM and many more.  It was also used by famous architect Frank Gehry for designing the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. Today, IBM markets the software used in CATIA training.

Scope of career growth after CATIA Courses

CATIA training enables students to become employable various manufacturing industries and automobile companies. Audi, Benteler AG, BMW, Daimler Chrysler, Fiat, Ford, Gestamp Automocion, Honda, Hyundai, Mahindra, Porsche, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Scania, Tata Motors, Toyota, and Volvo are few of the famous companies that are using the software in different degrees in their product design. Goodyear – The tyre manufacturing company has also been using the software for manufacturing tyres.

In fact, most major automotive companies use the software to design car structures such as bumper beams, body components etc. Hence we can comfortably say that students that have certification of a good CATIA course stand a good chance and a very positive outlook in terms of a career in automobile design and production. This is essentially due to the fact that the software has a very high computer representation and creation abilities. The upgraded interface of the software allows the designers to directly work with the 3D model rather than through a feature-based design.

Apart from providing a good opening in the automobile industry, those with CATIA training can also provide amazing and lucrative options in the aerospace industry. Most of the shipbuilding and aerospace industries employ the software at various levels of product design and implementation. For eg: The Boeing Company uses the software for designing and developing its 777 airliner. Also, Airbus has been using the software since 2001.

Body Language Do's and Don'ts

Get interviewed with ease!
A few hints on appreciable body language that can take you right through the interview

PC: Google Images

What you do is more important than what you say” – This is something we have been hearing all the while! This holds true everywhere and especially when you are attending a job interview.

Your body language can have a compelling looked at. This calls for you to be guarded about how you present yourself in terms of your body language right from the moment you step in.

Let us see how you can make sure your body language can leave a good opinion about you.

PC: Google Images

Do: Make eye contact

PC: Google Images

How does one know that you are actually paying them attention and participating? This can be best communicated through eye contact. Well, this doesn’t mean you deeply stare into his eyes, what it means is to try and hold eye contact for a few seconds at a time. In case here there is a panel of interviewers (more than one) ensure that you make eye contact with each of them.

Don’t: Slouch

PC: Google Images

You may end up looking a little too relaxed and lazy when you sit hunching forward with hands and legs spread casually. Not that we saying that you have to sit with anxiety, but you should not also present as if you are too casual.
Ensure that your posture is upright and dignified the moment you enter the office reception. While answering any questions at the reception, ensure that show some curiosity and enthusiasm by leaning forward when you are asked a question.
Do: Use your hands and gesture

PC: Google Images

Do this but of course gently.
If done right, this shows up a lot of confidence and freeness. Palms facing up are usually regarded as a sign of honesty and uprightness. If you don’t know what to do with them, place them in your lap. Take care not to let anxiety get the better out of you by gestures like clenching your fists and yea, no biting nails.

Don’t: Touch your face

PC: Google Images

Touching the face and nose can be considered as a sign of dishonesty and untrustworthiness.. People We also tend to touching our neck and head, out of a certain anxiousness but if can be taken as if your are disinterested or bored of the interaction/conversation. Similarly, sitting or standing with your arms crossed puts the opposite person to believe you are very defensive and unapproachable.
It is quite a hint to remember that each of your personal gesture can be   interpreted in many ways as mentioned above. Now its your turn to remain expressive in the right way. Be smiling, shoulders high and straight and relaxed.
Do: Smile

PC: Google Images

Now this does not mean you have a silly grin on your face all the time. This in turn can be a turn off! What we mean is to have a pleasant disposition and expression always and keep smiling a little when appropriate. You may also feel easy to laugh a little bit along with the interviewer
It helps keep the conversation polite and friendly. The essence is to keep it even, not too loud and not too soft.

Don’t: tap your fingers or feet

PC: Google Images

Moving uncomfortably in the chair, tapping your finger on the arm rest of the chair and moving your legs up and down or tapping – All of this is a NO-NO it can be considered as boredom or impatience. Always keep your posture straight and keep all attention on your interviewer, which in turn will make you seem more focused.

Do: Respect

PC: Google Images

The most important thing is to be respectful and ensure you are maintaining the subtle professional distance intact all the time. This one thing can take you a long way. Bear in mind you maintain it at all times and not just in the beginning. Your bye should be as graceful and polite as your hello.

After all, in today’s time it is considered that attitude is more important than skills, as skills can be developed but attitude is a part of the personality…

Follow these things coupled with your skill set and you are almost there!

If you have any suggestions, please feel free to comment below that would be appreciated

Fresher?! Well, this is how you can get hired!

Are you a fresher, a little nervous about facing your interviews? Well, here are a few tips that can get you prepared and get started…

Pc: Google.com/images

Here are a few frequently asked HR Questions that you as a fresher can expect…

•  Tell us something about yourself
•  Tell us why we should select you among all others
•  What are your strengths and weaknesses
•  What do do in spare time?
•  What inspires you the most and why?
•  Why would you wish work for our organization?

•  How much do you know about us?

So, how would you like your first job to be?

Just a small piece of wisdom before we get started; Always bear in mind that, in an interview, there are no wrong and right answers. All that you must however have is the right attitude that affects the way of answering.

An interview is more often a short listing process than a selection process. The objective is to eliminate a few candidates who perform poorly. So it makes sense to worry more about not getting rejected than getting selected. The opening moments of the interview are most important as the interviewer does not anything about you so here is your chance to make that first and best impression that will set the tone for the main process that follows.

Here are a few things that you must pay attention to:

1) Research about the Company

The first and foremost thing that you should be doing after receiving the interview call is, to read and understand the history, operations and the present position of the company and be doubly sure that you are ready to work with them.  This is important as it will aid in better understanding and thus makes you more confident.

2) “THE” Resume

A resume pretty much substitutes you in the virtual sense. This is by and large your tool to acquire the job. It may not be a great idea to send in the same standard profile to all the job openings. It makes sense to tweak it a little bit depending on the specific requirements of the position by signifying the strengths that are relevant to the position on. Make sure you are not mentioning anything that is false just to impress the interviewer.

3) Rehearse a little bit

It may sound funny initially, but we cannot undermine the power of rehearsal. You may really try practicing the question answer scenario, catch yourself where you are not good and improve accordingly; specially communication skills. Good communication is half the game won!

4) Arrive Early

It gives you some time and space to relax and recover from anxiety and travel; also it creates a good first impression about your punctuality.

5) Dress like you really are serious!

Dress professionally. This is one more thing that will take you very far. Dressing depicts our culture and values and the society we come from. It is best to avoid anything very colorful.
6) No messages and calls business!

Turn off your phone when in the interview. Period!

7) Be high-spirited
It surely will send out vibes that you are enthusiastic and happy to work for their company.

8) Maintain Eye Contact
This is an absolute must. If eye contact is not maintained, it may appear as if you are not confident or honest and hence are looking away, which is not a great impression to create.

9) Don’t try to impress - Be Yourself
Do not ever try to copy another person or an adapted way of talking, lingo or an accent. Stay you!

10) Stick to the point
Always ensure you answer all their questions crisply and to the point. Don’t do into little stories to justify your answers, unless asked. Always be polite and confident.

Conclusion:
We all work around the aim of acquiring a good and dignified job. Although it’s not easy to get such jobs, it isn’t impossible either! The above few tips should be able to get you through your interviews in flying colors!

For suggestions and contributions, comment below.

CAD/CAM TRAINING-LUCRATIVE CAREER IN DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

Introduction:
CAD/CAM is a Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing course, though both are different but these are interlinked and are used in the process of developing a product i.e. form designing to manufacturing product depends on these software’s. Conversion of a design in to digital format whether it may be 2D r 3D is done by CAD, and CAM is used to facilitate and automate manufacturing process, modern CAM systems also include real-time control and robotics.

Basics of CAD/CAM:
Until 1980’s there is no particular software to draft models into 3D format, when solid modeling technology was made available for personal computers. This software basically converts designs into 2D or 3D shapes then they will be translated into a machine language such as G-code .This numeric code is sent to the machine tool. Complete model can be constructed piece by piece as 3D model and assembled within software interface. Shapes in CAD can be drawn using geometry such as points, lines and circles. Modern CAD allows creation of parts in 2, 3, 4 and 5axis.CAD is an important part of manufacturing as the designed parts are transferred to CAM for manufacturing.

Where is it used?
CAD/CAM is mostly used in engineering based industries like:

Aerospace: This industry manufactures everything from satellites to missiles which are very expensive and a single error can spoil the whole project. So, therefore these products are designed using this software in 3d formats before they are developed.

Architecture: When building something as big and as expensive as apartments or skyscrapers you need to be careful and devise a proper plan before actually start building. So, this software is used not only to design buildings but also take perfect measurements.

You might want to read this: Must Follow Five AutoCad Blogs

Automotive: Used in designing of prototypes of vehicles bodies, tires, engines and circuit boards.

Fashion: As people are becoming fashion freaks, even fashion industry is opting for virtual software’s to create, alter designs and also can be used to check using virtual models how the fabric looks and moves in real.

Cartography: Gone are the days when cartographers used to make maps using hands for climate, road and topography. They now use cad to make maps.

Marine: Used to design ships or naval architecture which basically runs on or under water, they are very expensive and care should be taken while designing and manufacturing these kinds of products. So, these architects are opting for this kind of software’s which provide them with 3d views.

Importance of training:
CAD/CAM training is very important because, if you want to make a career in the field of design or manufacturing, you should have at least basics of how to design and automate things for manufacturing. The use of this software in any industry enhances speed and reduces time taken for developing products. Even though you have learnt this as a part of curriculum in colleges, you may not have good grip on the subject to work in real time. Getting into training institutes provide you with real time assessment and industry oriented mini project. There are many institutes which provide CAD CAM training in Hyderabad, out of them Ikya Global Edu is one of the best with industry oriented mini project and placement assistance. Getting trained also helps you to get placed in good organizations with attractive packages. As this profession is in high demand organizations are also interested to hire people who are already trained rather than recruiting them and then training them.

TIPS TO GET YOUR RESUME NOTICED IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE

Getting your resume noticed is the first step towards a successful employment, and it may lay down the path for the rest of the recruitment stages. It can be a challenging task to get your resume noticed because recruiters hardly look at a particular resume for  6 to 15 seconds before deciding whether to go through it or not.

Most of the recruiters now prefer Application tracking systems widely known as ATS, to screen the resumes. So, it becomes important to insert or highlight keywords which ATS prefers, to screen applications. These quick and easy-to-do tips mentioned below will help to get your resume past the screening systems and noticed by recruiters. Here are few tips to get your resume noticed:

Ø  Keep it simple: Don’t use visual appeals or graphics or multiple colours, until and unless you are applying for the post that is related to arts, for ex. like graphic designer or web designer. If you think using such colours or visual appeals makes you stand out from others then you are wrong moreover it doesn't create a good impression rather it makes it bizarre. Keep it as simple as possible.

Ø   Use simple fonts and bullets: usage of regular fonts like Times New Roman or Calibre or similar fonts will make the appearance of resume pleasant and appealing.

Ø  Customize your resume: customize resume based on job requirements, don’t apply using same resume to every job posting. If the job posting is related to software development mention details related to that posting like software related tools or frameworks or languages etc.

Ø  Include relevant skills: Mention skills which are relevant to particular job posting, don’t use same skills even if they are irrelevant.

Ø  Add an objective: Mention objective or headline at the top of your resume. Make this objective attractive as the recruiter doesn't have much time to look at your resume, you have to make him to go through your resume with these few lines.

Ø  Mention Accomplishments: Mention what you have accomplished, recruiters want to know what you have done and what you can do for them.

Ø  Use keyword of job postings: Use key word similar to those that mentioned in job posting, to get your resume noticed by ATS.

Save in PDF: Rather than saving it in word format save it in PDF. If you save in word there are chances that the whole content after getting downloaded or may be disturbed. So, better to save it in PDF format.

MEDICAL CODING TRAINING -GREAT PATH TO YOUR CAREER IN HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY

Medical coding provides you a great career, if you are especially from health care field but don’t want to get into regular options available or want to do something else it would be a great opportunity to get yourself into this blooming field of medical coding.

What actually is Medical coding?
It is the process of conversion of a patient’s medical reports’ to a set of standard international codes. The details about the patient’s may be collected from physician’s notes or laboratory tests or prescriptions and are to be documented based on certain predefined codes. It is the duty of the Medical coder to ensure that correct codes are assigned for particular illness or problem, which plays critical role in insurance claim.

Why to code?
There are many patients around the world who will be considering many doctors about their disease so at that time these codes come in handy and the other reason is that the third parties or insurance companies require all the data about their customers who are claiming insurance for particular problem, before approving their claim these companies will check for details and going through all the details would be a hard task and their task becomes easier by using these codes.

Why to get trained?
As there is a need of understanding these set of international codes you have to get trained and even if you are from health care background you should have at least basic idea about the codes, work and how it is done? and You will be able to convince the employer that you actually know how to transcript the details into codes.

As the trend of medical coding is increasing proportionately the training institutes are also increasing in every part of the world and there are a few institutes in Hyderabad which provide training for this and one of the best among them is Ikya Global EDU with placement assistance.

There is no particular prerequisite to get trained in this field but it would be an added advantage if you have a degree from life science or related health care field. As the scope of this field is increasing with increasing number of patients and third parties, need for medical coders has also increased. At the same time medical coder’s need to be careful while assigning codes as there is a risk of clinics, hospitals or health care centre’s may get paid more or less depending on the codes entered by coders.

Get trained in Medical Transcription for a great career

Medical transcription also widely known as MT is a rapidly growing profession. It doesn’t matter if you are from a health care background or not what matters is your interest, training and how efficiently you are putting it to use for transcribing data related to patients.

What exactly is medical transcription?
It is the process of conversion of voice-recorded reports i.e. audio files as dictated by physicians or healthcare professionals, into text documents. While hearing to these files Medical Transcriptionists need to utilize their knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacy and English language for the creation of these text documents. This content is saved in the records of the patient’s files.

Why to transcribe and how it is done?
As the data is in audio files it is not possible to listen to recorded files every time you look for some patients records, it is better to put them in text format rather than in audio format. Text format provides easier access when compared to audio. Whenever a patient visits a doctor the former needs to provide all the details regarding all his previous problems and prescriptions provided by previous doctors if any. After the patient leaves the doctor records all the details of his problem and the treatment he is undergoing and prescription related to that problem. This information is then transferred to medical transcriptionist and then converted into text format for easy access.

Is training in Medical Transcription necessary?
Yes! It is very important to get trained because Medical transcriptionists are responsible for conversion of dictated details into text format and they need to be very careful and responsible while doing this as the whole treatment of patients depends on his medical reports if there is even a small mistake in his reports it may cause him severe problem. It is that the Medical transcriptionist is expected to not make mistakes as it is a matter of life and death. So, it is better to get beforehand training if you are planning a career in this field that too with best institutes.

Medical Transcription Training institutes:
There are many training institutes which provide training in transcription they train you in medical terminology and how to interpret the data recorded by doctors or physicians. There are certain codes and medical related terms that need to be understood by medical transcriptionists if they are from non pharmacy or medical background they need to concentrate more on these codes and transcription. They also need to have good command of English language and also good typing skills in order to transcribe the reports with good speed and accuracy. The best thing is that you don’t need any prerequisite for getting trained in this any graduate who is interested can get trained and have a great start for his career

There are also few institutes which provide Medical transcription training institutes in Hyderabad along with certification at an affordable cost. One of the best institute among them is IkyaGlobal you can check here for more details about this

Tips for Learning Medical Billing

The main function of medical billers is to carefully handle appeals & claims, invoices and payments. Medical billers have a very high responsibility to fulfil which makes it a pre-requisite for them to be extremely focused and careful with their duties. Most of the students feel very unsure during their medical billing course if they will ever be able to master the medical terms and all the coding guidelines. Since many candidates consider this a part time occupation they may find it difficult to focus fully on it due to their jobs.

Usually, most medical billing training institutes in Hyderabad and elsewhere allow students learn at their own speed, a few tips and tricks always come handy on how they can optimally utilize their training. Let us now see a few tips that students of medical billing can use to improve and speed-up their learning process.

Learn by heart: Skills and Flash Cards

The medical and anatomical terms and codes, are constants and lack logic. So, the best way to learn these is learn them by heart, which means you must improve your memory. While memorising, it makes sense to start with a few terms at a time and practice those with full focus for a few minutes. Once after mastering those, you may then proceed to a new set of words and then revise the first set. You may repeat this process as you memorize more and more words. Always remember to revise the terms learnt after you return from a break or before starting a new topic to ensure that you remember them well! Though medical billing courses in Hyderabad will provide the required training and back-end theoretical support, you will need to memorize on your own.

A creative and interesting way to memorise medical terms and codes is the use of flashcards. You can buy a set of flashcards for human anatomy and medical terminology or create your own.

Improve Spelling and Typing

You will understand the importance of spellings while doing medical billing training. The best way to master the spellings is to list out the terms are you most often misspell. Practice learning these by writing the spellings multiple times, repeating the letters out aloud and revising these words every time you sit to study.
Medical billing courses in Hyderabad stress the need and absolute importance of accurate and fast typing. The basic requirement of medical is typing fast and in total accuracy. The best way to practice is finding various online typing tests and exercises that are available online for free. Not to mention, it’s also a great way to learn typing in an interesting and fun way!

Beside the above tips, there are few generic things that we advise you to practice, like, eating healthy, sitting in the right posture as you will be required to stay seated for long stretches, and maintain over all good health. What can further go a long way in helping you learn better is to interact with your fellow students and also the trainers. Sharing concerns and experiences with one another always adds to knowledge!

Ikya Global is one of the few best medical billing training institutes in Hyderabad that offer training at affordable prices along with placement assistance and certification.
